I’ll be honest- I’m just getting started with daws- plug-ins etc. I’m a plug it into the amp and play guy. Sorta getting my feet wet with waveform 12 free. The only way to use the internal sound card on windows 11 is the built in mic so it sounds like crap as it picks up every mouse click and background. Is there a way to route/assign each drum to the built in midi keys? I sorta have no idea what I just said- I’m new to all this. Any help appreciated. Everyone keeps saying I don’t need a separate audio interface and sound quality isn’t a dyer concern as I just wanna program beats to play with but hard when it’s static crap- naturally if said process can be done I could avoid expense of interface. Any thoughts appreciated.
