Effects • Any plugin/method to add information without it being a saturator precisely?

I want to add information (in a certain area) just like a saturator does, but I don't want to use one (it's for a kick). Any creative ideas on this? (Although the would be complex). Really many thanks

Edit: Right. I want to add information like Rbass, in the low range. And with layering ... it sounds not so clean, in a overcharged way... Even adding a subtle measure (1 percent... ). I'm sorry if i am sounding like an idiot. I just want to do my best with the mix.
