Ample Sound • Cannot strum down all strings

Hi,

I am using Ample Guitar M Lite. I have made a custom chord that looks like this.


I have noticed that there are 2 down strumming method: Bass open or Teble open.
If I click Bass open its missing the last 2 thin strings, B, E string i belive thats how those called


With treble open its skipping the strings on the side:
