In Ableton, three hardware synths with USB MIDI .. If I switch Delay Compensation OFF then I get perfect zero latency when recording audio from my MicroFreak and from my Intellijel uMIDI .. but my TD-3 has a large latency; late audio.
MIDI response is perfect when played live from the keyboard, but the TD-3 has latency when playing MIDI from a sequence. I've tried track delay which does nothing. Also tried setting 'keep latency' to off which doesnt do anything either.
What's going on?
(I had been putting up with Delay Compensation ON, which means the audio from all synths is early; so you have to record audio for a bar first before triggering the MIDI, then correct for the early start of the audio.)
