Arturia • Activated Programs now show as Demos

I've got V Collection and FX Collection installed and activated on two computers.

One of the computers now shows them all as demos, but it also shows 2 activations.
One computer is a desktop and the other a laptop.
Arturia has their own names for the computers, but I don't know which is which, and I don't know
what would happen if I deactivated them both.

I'll contact them, but it's just bad luck that it's a Friday evening, and they just released FX5.

Any ideas while I'm waiting?
