Instruments • What's the scam here?

This has to be dodgy. HAs anyone else seen anything else like this, on the very meager offchance this isn't a scam. I cannot see how anyone can sell this collection, legitimately, for £30. I'd like the Triton, but I have to ask how this guy is getting away with whatever. I thought Etsy was a genuine store, mainly for people selling homemade arts and crafts.
