The "rare offer" is that this time I might be willing to consider a slight price reduction depending on the reason for the request (NB: hoping to buy low and sell high would not be a qualifying reason).
Unfortunately, if someone offered to pay MORE than my asking price, I would appreciate the gesture but have to decline, so as not to make a profit on the sale (thinking ahead to next year's tax return).
Of course, if I ever plug in a mic and start recording I might reconsider and retract this offer (just adding a little FOMO sauce to the post).![;-)]( "Wink")
