Computer Setup and System Configuration • Transfer one PC to another

I'm thinking about getting a new PC and wondering if I could transfer from Windows 10 to Windows 11 my apps and settings. I used to be able to do this with Windows 7.

One thing that adds some complexity since the last time I did this is that I have a 2nd drive on current PC that has files that are symlinked to the main drive.
